I just learned that for #steamnextfest there is a press preview going out 10 days in advance. That was yesterday evening. Best to have your demo up by then for best chances of press coverage.
Will have to remember that one for the next time. Now I'm scrambling to get demo site…
The #Helldivers2 fiasco shows how out-of-touch big publishers have become and actually gives me some hope for a future with a more diverse publisher landscape and greater power for both players and developers.
