Status UpdateThe truth about vibe and agentic coding is that it’s still a lot of work to create something of value for other people. It made me realize just how much of the work is actually a back and forth on features and implementation details.
This process doesn’t require different skills than before, but each to different degrees. The creative challenge is now front and center. Some people have been referring to the unique defining skill as “taste”, which sounds a bit weird, but I have no better name for it either.
