It really takes a lot of time to get a release video done and set all the metadata on sites and social media accounts, but I finally did it! Reception so far is good, but it also gives me a good feeling for how hard it is to compete with so much other developers for the attention of players.
And on most of these indie game sites, it even feels like you are presenting your game to other developers (which is great in it’s own way) but not to gamers directly.
Anyway, I have a couple of things on my todo list, most notably the iOS release. I’m even thinking about buying one of those new Apple TV’s, just to port the game over and be able to play it on the big screen.
So there are a few things left to call this a game and being able to move onto the next thing. I already have a few things in mind, but it’s a little early to tell.
I hope everyone enjoys Super Space Arcade, I noticed the last few days how it grew on me and it really became a labour of love over the last 3 years (!) I’m working on it, on and off.
